The project LV4WW pursues the overarching objectives of reviving old work virtues, implementing comprehensive organisational developments in SMEs, preparing for the working world of tomorrow and strengthening motivation, a sense of purpose and enjoyment of work. These workplace innovations are intended to make an important contribution to overcoming the shortage of skilled labour and to emphatically promote the innovative capacity, productivity and competitiveness of SMEs.
